Carla specialises in children’s law and has dealt with many complex disputes with social services.
Carla has recently brought successful proceedings in the High Court against a local authority for malpractice in relation to removal of a child from a parent’s care without consent or proper procedure.
Carla is also skilled in representing adults in regard to issues arising from domestic violence, contact and residence.
Carla is a member of the Law Society's children panel, recognising her considerable experience and skills in children and family law.
