White & Co Solicitors was established in 2003 by our senior partner, Alison White. The Practice is situated in the centre of Southend-on-Sea close to the Family Proceedings Court and the County Court.

White & Co comprises a dedicated and highly trained team of specialist lawyers each with a wealth of experience in representing you and your family. By specialising, we are able to concentrate particularly on the law, practices and developments in this particular field, and we pride ourselves on keeping abreast of all new developments in the law relating to the family and probate.

White & Co are approved by the Legal Services Commission under the Standard Quality Mark to accept work on behalf of clients under the publicly funded scheme sometimes known as “Legal Aid” or “Public Funding”. This means that the Legal Services Commission has audited the practises and procedures of the Practice and found them to meet Government standards.

White & Co has been awarded the Law Society’s Quality Mark known as Lexcel, a voluntary audited quality mark. The Lexcel standards are assessed against a wide range of legal practice management standards to include client care standards, financial issues relating to the business, health & safety and employment. All staff and all office procedures have been audited to a high standard in order to be awarded ‘Lexcel’.
